ystudio Classic Revolve Sketching Pencil Brass

This is the ystudio Classic Revolve Sketching Pencil in solid brass, a clutch pencil taking 2 mm leads, with a hexagonal body left raw to develop a natural patina with handling.

The Sketching Pencil is recommended for drawing, layout work and any sketching that calls for a varied, expressive line. The clutch mechanism releases the lead by pressing the cap, and a sandpaper sheet for sharpening the lead is included. 15,7 cm in length, 11 mm in diameter (6.18" / 0.43"), 43 g (1.52 oz).

ystudio is a Taiwanese design studio founded in Taipei in 2012 by designers Yi and Yanko. They specialises in minimalist writing instruments and desk accessories in solid brass and copper, handmade in small batches and designed to develop a distinctive patina with use.
