Mitsubishi Uni Mh-500 Mechanical Pencil

This mechanical pencil is a 2 mm lead holder from Mitsubishi's long-running Uni Holder line, built as a working drafting tool in maroon plastic with a knurled chrome grip.

The MH-500 is recommended for architectural drafting, sketching, calligraphy practice and carpentry layout, wherever a bold graphite line is called for. The barrel measures 14 cm in length, 9 mm across the shaft and 10 mm over the grip (5.51" x 0.39"). Accepts any Uni 2 mm lead, supplied with one HB.

Mitsubishi Pencil is a Japanese company founded in 1887. One of the country's oldest pencil makers, they have produced writing instruments prized for the precision of their graphite and the longevity of their industrial design. The "Uni" brand was first introduced as a line of rollerball pens, and has gradually expanded to all of the company's innovative products.
