Penco Pocket Measure

This is a compact retractable tape measure by Penco, housed in a steel case that draws on the look of a vintage workshop tool and slips easily into a pencil case or pocket.

The Pocket Measure is recommended for sketchbook layout, sewing, small DIY, and quick measurements. It measures 4,0 x 4,5 x 1,2 cm (1.57 x 1.77 x 0.47") and weighs 60 g (2.12 oz). The stainless-steel blade extends to 2 m (6.56 ft), graduated in millimetres and centimetres, and retracts with a side button.

Founded by two surfer friends in Fukuoka, Japan in 1994, Penco is a stationery line of the Hightide company. This brand was born from a love of vintage American office supplies, and pairs nostalgic analog shapes and bold colors with the quiet precision of Japanese production, from a single ballpoint pen at its start to a full range of desk tools today.
